1. In a standing position, place the body of the brace behind your knee.
2. With your other hand, secure the upper strap on your thigh.
3. Then secure the lower strap over your calf.
4. Bend your knee to make sure you have a comfortable level of tightness.
5. Adjust the straps if necessary.
6. Repeat on your other knee.
7. Wear all day long, or as needed.
